Order processing (production)
Most items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping (United States)
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after the item ships. Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or peak periods.

Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (or listed as a flat rate, if applicable).

Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to reship for free. Reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or delayed packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at aaron@puremissionent.com and we’ll help you file a carrier claim or find the best resolution.
