Return and Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preference.

We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect (wrong item/size/color compared to your order)

How to request help
Email aaron@puremissionent.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue (and the packaging if damaged)

If approved, we’ll provide a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.
